Early Years:

In 2017 77% of our pupils achieved a good level of development.

In 2016 73% of our pupils achieved a good level of development. Nationally 69% of pupils have achieved this

In 2015 79% of our pupils achieved a good level of development. Nationally 66% of pupils have achieved this.

 

Phonics:

In 2017 87% of our Year 1 pupils achieved the expected level in the phonics screening test.  By the end of Y2 90% of pupils reached the expected standard.

In 2016 83% of our Year 1 pupils achieved the expected level in the phonics screening test. Nationally, 81% achieved this standard. By the end of Y2 100% of pupils reached the expected standard, compared to 91% nationally.

In 2015 77% of our Year 1 pupils achieved the expected level in the phonics screening test. Nationally, 77% achieved this standard. By the end of Y2 97% of pupils reached the expected standard, compared to 90% nationally.

Key Stage 1 results 2017:

77% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading. 23% achieved the greater depth standard

73% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Writing. 7% achieved the greater depth standard

77% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Mathematics. 23% achieved the greater depth standard

Key Stage 1 results 2016:

90% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading (compared to 74% nationally). 29% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 24% nationally)

81% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Writing (compared to 65% nationally). 3% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 13% nationally)

81% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Mathematics (compared to 73% nationally). 26% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 18% nationally)

 

Key Stage 1 results 2015:

Key Stage 2 results 2017:

83% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading (compared to 71% nationally). 43% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 19% nationally in 2016)

93% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Writing (compared to 76% nationally). 20% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 15% nationally in 2016)

83% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Mathematics (compared to 75% nationally). 23% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 17% nationally in 2016)

73% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined (compared to 61% nationally). 17% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 5% nationally in 2016)

Our progress measures for 2017 were Reading (+2.1), Writing (+0.3) and Mathematics (-1.1)

 

Key Stage 2 results 2016:

77% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading (compared to 66% nationally). 23% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 19% nationally)

87% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Writing (compared to 74% nationally). 6% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 15% nationally)

68% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Mathematics (compared to 70% nationally). 19% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 17% nationally)

61% of our pupils achieved the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined (compared to 53% nationally). 6% achieved the greater depth standard (compared to 5% nationally)

Our progress measures for 2016 were Reading (+0.15), Writing (-1.29) and Mathematics (-1.9)
